Refund and Returns Policy

1. Membership Fees

  • All membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been made.

  • In special cases, refund requests may be reviewed at our discretion.

2. Event Fees

  • If an event is canceled by Scholastica Club, a full refund will be issued.

  • If a member cancels their participation, refunds are subject to the specific event’s cancellation policy.

3. Merchandise Returns

  • Merchandise purchased through our website may be returned within 30 days if it is unused and in its original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed within 40 working days upon approval by the Board of Directors.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing and include proof of purchase.
