All membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been made.
In special cases, refund requests may be reviewed at our discretion.
If an event is canceled by Scholastica Club, a full refund will be issued.
If a member cancels their participation, refunds are subject to the specific event’s cancellation policy.
Merchandise purchased through our website may be returned within 30 days if it is unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 40 working days upon approval by the Board of Directors.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and include proof of purchase.
